William M. Andersen is a founder and President of Longview. He received a BSE degree from Princeton University and an MBA degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and has received his certificate as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Andersen has been developing and investing in real estate with Longview for more than 20 years. Prior thereto, he was a member of the Specialized Services Department of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Andersen is active in community affairs. He founded and serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations which support sustainable farming. He also is a board member of several local civic groups and charitable organizations.
Denton G. Moyle is Chief Financial Officer of Longview. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years' experience in real estate matters. He has been associated with Longview for 18 years. Prior to joining Longview, Mr. Moyle was with an affiliate of Gerald D. Hines Interests, Houston. He is project manager for Longview's activities and oversees the administration of its assets.
James A. Weiss is General Counsel of Longview. He holds a BA degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a JD degree from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has more than 35 years' experience in real estate as an attorney specializing in real estate matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and as General Counsel for The M.A. Kravitz Co., Inc., predecessor to Kravco, Inc., developer of King of Prussia, Oxford Valley and other regional malls. He has served as General Counsel for Longview for 20 years.
Jane M. McGill is Vice President - Leasing of Longview Development LP and 422 Realty LP. She is a specialist in retail leasing with more than 20 years' experience. She attended Villanova University and the School of Management at Boston University, and was trained in sales and marketing at Xerox Corporation. Ms. McGill has leased more than two million square feet of retail space.
Robin L. McGill is President of 422 Realty LP. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Beaver College (now Arcadia University), and a Master's degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University. She has been managing properties for 422 Realty LP for the past 6 years. Prior thereto, she managed shopping centers and other retail properties for Posel Management Co., a Philadelphia-based real estate owner-developer. Ms. McGill has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years.
Fei Xue is Acquisitions Manager for Longview Investments. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance & International Business from the Stern School of New York University and received her MBA in Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Longview, Ms. Xue was an associate in corporate finance for Lehman Brothers in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and an acquisitions specialist for K. Hovnanian Companies, a national homebuilder.
